🚨Cargo Theft Ring Busted in Georgia🚨

A months-long investigation has culminated in the arrest of four men accused of operating a sophisticated cargo theft ring across Georgia. The group allegedly targeted semi-trailers loaded with high-value electronics and appliances.

The Investigation

The investigation began in December 2024 when two loaded trailers were stolen from Forest Park, Georgia. The thieves made off with a variety of goods, including flat-screen TVs, wall mounts, mini-fridges, and sinks. The trailers were later tracked via GPS to Macon, but by the time law enforcement located them, they had been emptied. One was found near Eisenhower Parkway and I-475, and the other on Antioch Road.

The theft ring struck again on June 15, 2025, when a third loaded trailer was reported stolen from Napier Avenue in Macon.

The Arrests

On July 21, 2025, authorities executed a search warrant at a residence on the 500 block of Bartlett Street in Macon. The search led to the recovery of several stolen trailers and a large quantity of stolen goods. Four individuals were arrested and charged with multiple offenses, including theft by taking and RICO violations.

  • Quintin Marques Barkley

  • Willie Bernard Bigby

  • Terrell Jamelle Cordy

  • Travis Dewaine Harvey

All four suspects are currently being held without bond at the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center. The FBI and several other agencies assisted in the investigation.
